Prices at Apart Alpenrose Transparent Prices for Your Holiday in Serfaus

The deposit must be paid within 14 days of making your reservation. Further information about the deposit payment can be found in your reservation confirmation.

On the day of arrival, your room or apartment will be available from 4:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 9:00 AM at the latest. In the event of an early departure, the room or apartment will be charged until the originally agreed departure date.

A one-time final cleaning fee applies:
Alpenrose, Alpenblume and Alpenglocke: € 150
Alpenrösli and Alpenblümli: € 100

For the comfort of all our guests, pets are unfortunately not permitted in our house.

Online bookings are processed securely via the easybooking reservation platform. The booking form is integrated into this website and protected with SSL encryption.

One free parking space is available for each apartment, either directly at the house or nearby. If you require an additional parking space or are arriving with an exceptionally large vehicle, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance.

Smoking is not permitted in our rooms, apartments, or anywhere inside the hotel.

Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of our booking confirmation and the required deposit.

• Up to 3 months before arrival: 40% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• Up to 1 month before arrival: 70% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• Up to 1 week before arrival: 90% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• Cancellation conditions are subject to the Austrian Hotel Regulations (AGBH).

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house. Simply enter the access details provided in your room, and you'll be online in no time.

The online bank transfer must be completed no later than 7 days before your arrival. Alternatively, payment can be made in cash (EUR) upon arrival.
